The training room and the accommodation itself is situated in the same building within the Campus (B Kollegium). This provides a comfortable and flexible participation during the training as participants can return to their rooms whenever it is necessary. The rooms do not have wifi network but in the community spaces of the building free wifi is provided. Also the training room is equipped with internet connection.
Trainees share twin rooms with private bathroom.
Food is served three times a day two minutes walk from the accommodation. Visit the restaurant's website. Between the main meals coffee, tea and snack will be available in the training room. Vegetarian and vegan participants are kindly asked to let us know about their food requirements in time.
Local shops and more restaurants are available very close to the training place if you have any special needs (Coop-Gödöllő Zrt.)
The Hungarian currency is Forint (HUF). One Euro is about 300 HUF. One meal in a restaurant is around 3000 HUF (10 EUR), one loaf of bread is 400 HUF (1,2 EUR), a bus ticket in Budapest is about 400 HUF. If you want to buy some drink or gifts in Hungary, we recommend to bring some HUF or you can exchange your EURO/GBP here in Hungary. The programme provides you with all the necessary food and travel so if you don't bring any extra money you should be alright anyway.

BOF recommends to get the trainees and staff vaccinated in time prior the trip against TBE (Tick-born Encephalitis).
To prevent Lyme disease an appropriate training/warning is necessary to draw trainees attention to check their own bodies every day after the filed trips.
To get some ticks on the clothes is likely, to get them in the skin might occur, to get any disease is very-very unlikely, but not impossible.
